By accessing BitsOffers, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BitsOffers's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

BitsOffers Team can always check, notify or limit the access for any BitsOffers Offerwall Publisher in case of any traffic/hits problem.

5. Payments

  • Payments are NET30 but frequently are processed between the 1st and 6th of each month.
  • During the term of this Agreement, BitsOffers shall pay Affiliate a payment, as determined by BitsOffers in its sole and absolute discretion, calculated on the Net Revenue ("Revenue Share").
  • Revenue Share payments will be determined according to the BitsOffers payout policies in effect at the time based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, and Actions, and User demographics such as the country of origin of a User's IP address.
  • USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin Direct Wallet payment have some network fees (est: $1 - $2).
  • BTC rate is based on the average value of the last month or the 1st of every month value (when payments are automatically generated).
  • BitsOffers shall pay Affiliate the Payments in up to 21 days after the Affiliate places a payment request.

6. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on BitsOffers's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BitsOffers does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. BitsOffers may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, BitsOffers does not make any commitment to update the materials.

7. Links

BitsOffers has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BitsOffers of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Deposits

Deposits for advertising you made on BitsOffers are final and non-refundable.

9. Advertising Campaigns

  • Advertising Campaigns are not refundable.
  • Some Advertising Campaigns can be removed due to adult, hacking, nulled, or illegal content. We are not accepting any type of adult, hacking, nulled, or illegal content.
  • All views delivered to PPC/PTC campaigns are real and are from BitsOffers Offerwall Publishers.
  • If Google Analytics or other tracking tools show fewer views than BitsOffers stats, it is because of users' anti-tracking/adblocker extensions or because the PPC/PTC campaign timer is too short (common for 2 or 5 seconds campaigns). BitsOffers offerwall is protected against AdBlocker, but after users leave our offerwall, we have no control.
  • All views delivered to Shortlinks campaigns are real and are from BitsOffers Offerwall Publishers.
  • If the Shortlink dashboard shows fewer views than BitsOffers stats, it is because some users who completed your shortlinks already completed that shortlink on other sources. We recommend advertising shortlinks with faucet mode (like earnow, clks).
  • BitsOffers offerwall is protected against Shortlinks Bypass, IP changers, and fraudulent shortlinks hits.
  • If your Shortlink campaign is "stuck" or doesn't get any views, it is likely because you entered wrong shortlink details or because the reward is too low compared to other campaigns with the same shortlink offering a higher reward.

10. Paid to Promote (PTP)

  • We are not accepting any type of adult, hacking, nulled, or illegal content.
  • Sources/Referrers with illegal content will be blocked.
  • In case a publisher gets too many invalid hits, their account can be closed, and the publisher's balance will be removed.

11. Publishing Banners

  • We are not accepting any type of adult, hacking, nulled, or illegal content. Domains/Apps with illegal content will be blocked.
  • In case a publisher gets too many invalid hits or an unusually high CTR, their account can be closed, and the publisher's balance will be removed.
  • Do not force your audience to click the banners ads.
  • Place banner ads in visible locations only on approved websites.
  • Any modification to the banners code will result in an account closure and the publisher's balance being removed.

12. Publisher Reversals

  • Our 3rd party demands can chargeback/reverse only for Offers, Surveys, and More Offers.
  • Chargebacks/reversals can be made a maximum of 90 days after the survey/offer has been credited.
  • These chargebacks/reversals are made automatically. If your publisher's balance has already been withdrawn, your balance will become negative.
  • If there are too many reversals/chargebacks, your account or App can be closed.
  • If you want to avoid reversals/chargebacks, disable them from the app settings.

13. Modifications

BitsOffers may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
